We had an early flight and asked the hotel staff to call us a taxi. When it arrived, we noticed the staff member didn't take any money from the driver, ensuring we were charged the regular fare to the airport. It was a relief to have an honest and trustworthy staff member at Teusaquillo Boutique. I would highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service and integrity.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the excellent staff who were very helpful and kind to us. The room was spacious and had a brand new bathroom with hot water and a lovely shower. The breakfast, although repetitive, was delicious with omelettes and pastries being served. The location was great as it was away from the business of the city, meaning we had quiet, tranquil surroundings to enjoy.
The room did not have enough lights, making it quite dark at night. The shower curtain kept falling and the pillows were a bit too hard.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They were very helpful, respectful, and kind with us. They made our stay much more comfortable. the breakfast was really good, and the variety of food was sufficient for us. the location was fantastic, very close to the city center and a safe, clean area. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room.
The hotel was located on a busy street, which made it quite noisy. Sometimes it was tough to sleep with all the vehicles making so much noise, but it was bearable.
